i think you can buy a can of clear gloss topcoat for matte black

Plasti-dip website lol , Theres no spray for it though so unless you have access to thinner , spray gun ect like dblock has its not really possible to get gloss finish

Orginaly it was a dip for tools and if you get the tin you can still dip it. But how many litres would you need to dip a wheel compared to spraying.
