pgregory Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 hi not sure if this is the correct forum to put this in but having just got my 2006 350z roadster, i noticed that the sat nav dvd is for 2005-2006 anybody know where (apart from nissan) i can get a more up to date one cheers paul Quote
martinmac Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Hi Paul, they arent easy to get hold of which is one of the drawbacks to the system. A main dealer is allocated them in very limited numbers and the ones I know snap them up on e-bay when they come up. They arent updated that often so the one you have would be what you would expect for the year of the car. A pm to EH 370z on here may reveal more. Quote
WINKJ Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Paul - when you find out more, please share!! Quote

There are sites out there who sell the GPS discs for 40quid, rather than the very high price the originals cost, but from what I can see they are not the original DVD so id stay well clear of them. EH 370z Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Just logged on, so a bit out of sync I have PM'd pgregory. But my understanding is that there is an update dues next year from NMGB, but I don’t know how accurate that info is TBH, just what was feedback via e-mail. I fear to think of the cost Quote
WINKJ Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 *cough* u can download 2011 and put it on a dual layer dvd*cough* Did your *friend* have much difficulty doing this?! I am relatively ok with downloading/burning etc.... Quote

gangzoom Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 People often use a program called Bittorrent to back up files on the internet. Google is your friend Quote
