If we have a number of dates, some people would be able to make more than one of the dates - so a poll isnt a true reflection. Perhaps best to list the dates in a post, then each person can add their name under every date that they could make: i.e. Date1: chesterfield Date2: chesterfield Date3: Date 4: chesterfield Everyone copys the previous post ading their name to all the dates they are available, then after a while we simply pick the date that has the most names under it. Sound like a plan?
