imhereithink85 Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 After 3 months of owning the Kestal DAS6 i finally got my finger out and got to work on tha car. First time i have ever polished a car, furthest i have gone before is waxing :O Kit used: 2 x buckets Lambswool mit (love the feel of it) Kestral DAS6 and Megs polish/ finish pads Meguires NXT Gen shampoo Meguires Ultimate compound Farecla G3 Super resin wax Really pleased with the outcome, the ultimate compound managed to hide away most of the blemishes that i thought stood out. Still needs another go as it is not perfect which i didnt think would be the case, but after 3 hours i couldnt really be bothered anymore For those that are wairy about getting a DA polisher . . .don't be. Just be patient with it and you will be all good! Now for the pics: Thanks for looking! Quote
Ebized Posted May 5, 2011 Posted May 5, 2011 Very nice - there is always a great deal of satisfaction detailing a black car as i found with my previous ZED Edit: not so sure about the crotch shot though Quote
