Harman350z Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 I have a set of 'G' marked headlights, 8 pin with the height adjustments on it Might need the ballasts though but if you are swapping your headlights over you could take out the ballasts you have and put them in these ones Quote
geoff-r Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Whats the difference? Can't you just alter the beam direction? Quote
Triumph Posted May 17, 2011 Posted May 17, 2011 What was the alternative and would importing lights from the USA work as they drive on the wrong side as well. I'm interested as I may take my Z to Italy for a year or so and I'll need to change the lights. Ta. Quote
Harman350z Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Triumph: if you are thinking of importing USA/or european lights then they would work in the rest of Europe, but would not pass a UK MOT test. Quote
Wookiee22 Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 The alternative to which I was referring was related specifically to the OP's situation. I believe he has resolved the issue by leaving the car in the UK! Quote
Triumph Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Thanks all. So I'll keep my UK lights for when I'm in the UK possible buy some replacement lights from the USA for European driving. I get the impression they are cheaper from the USA. Looking at the workshop manual it does not seem too difficult to change them over. Quote
