mine did go to 120mph then cut out , but you'll find with speedo error thats 112mph in real terms. try 125 mph . box of tricks lives next to ECU in passenger footwell on L/H side

get your head in the footwell and look up to L/H side you should see ECU..if it has the HKS box you will defo see it

The price quoted by TDI seems a bit steep. I thought that this installation was something that most of us could manage ourselves, and I remember seeing the unit being sold on eBay for around £150 recently.

Waiting for mine from Vesitas, will get my local mate whos got an auto electrician/alarm garage. Hopefully should only charge me about £20 or so if that to do it properly. I would fry the ECU with my soldering kit!!

Sorry about that, I was going on what martin (350znismo) had done to his (see the link above) - we do need a definitive statement which can be posted in FAQs, could you ask Chris (Funky) to nail that for us once and for all

I have it written on the HKS SLD instructions ar home, it lists all types for different models. Will post this evening.
