front grille please

im looking to remove the horrible slated grille on my Z and want a nice black grille instead ( mesh)

 

can anyone tell me where i can get one.? also how do you remove the slated grille before applying the new ( best way).

I think you'll need to Dremel out the existing grille.

Thats the result, and yes you do need to cut out the grill....
