StokieShinobi
Key Points: Price: £8149 (I still have it on pistonheads for £8500) Mileage: 72500 Year: 2004 After spending years admiring the wonderful Nissan 350z I decided 18 months ago I would go and get myself the car I had really wanted. I first saw a Sunset Orange GT 350z with matching leather and Rays Alloys and that was the spec I knew I wanted. This was the only spec for me and it was all down to finding the right car. After searching I came across this great example and was very pleased with my purchase. Now sadly the time has come that I must sell this fantastic car. A change of circumstances forces sale; my girlfriend and I are looking to buy our first house so unfortunately the 350z must go to help fund getting onto the property ladder. Previous Owners: The car has only 3 previous owners Service History : The car has 6 service stamps as follows:- Priory Nissan Manchester / P1 Service / Mileage 10325 / Date 08.07.05 Chorley Nissan / P2 Service / Mileage 27549 / Date 25.05.06 Chorley Nissan / P1 Service / Mileage 37830 / Date 23.04.07 Chorley Nissan / P2 Service / Mileage 47023 / Date 12.12.07 Rix Motors Warrington / Mileage 56561 / Date 30.07.08 KLT Motors Warrington / P3 Service / Mileage 67581 / Date 03.02.10 The most recent service is the one I had done. It is the big P3 service where all oils are changed including gearbox oil, diff oil, engine oil etc. The next service due is the simple P1 service which is just engine oil and filter change. Current Mileage 72500 Miles MOT: I have just had the car MOT'd in January and it passed with not a single advisory. This was carried out at 72124 miles. It is due the next MOT Jan 27th 2012, so it has over 10 months MOT remaining TAX: I have just added 6 months tax, so the car is all taxed, mot'd, serviced and ready to go. Current tax disc expires on the 21/08/2011. Alloys: Genuine forged Ray alloys as you would expect with the GT pack, they are in overall good condition. Interior : The interior is in full working order, the leather is in good condition for the age and mileage no issues to report. You probably wont find the leather in better condition than this one for the age. As you would expect leather does wear. So last year I paid around £100 to have a custom dye made up that is the exact same colour as the leather. I treated the leather with this and it has come up brilliant. I have 90% of the bottle of dye left, I will include this with the sale. Bodywork: The bodywork is in amazing condition for its age. There is obviously the odd little stonechip, but these aren't noticeable, and expected on a 2004 car. When I bought the car I had a 2 year treatment done on it, this protects the bodywork throughout the winter etc. This is still on the paintwork, as when I wash it every weekend the water just drips off, like a newly waxed car. There is a little area on the roof where the paintwork is not as it was when new, it appears a little hazed. As you will know, the roof is one small square panel, a polish and buff, or even a respray would be less than £70. This is me being honest and very picky however, I didn't even notice it when I bought the car. Headlamps: This 350z has the factory fitted HID headlights, an optional extra on this car. They light up the road like daylight Engine: In excellent running order as you would expect very smooth no issues, an impressive 3.5 v6 with 286 Bhp with sub 6 sec performance I have comfortably achieved 31.5 mpg on a run. Headunit Stereo: I like my music so had a pioneer headunit fitted. This links up with my ipod which is what I really wanted. Additionally I paid the extra to retain the steering wheel stereo controls, so these still work as they should do. This setup is included with the sale (excluding ipod) Spec List: * 3 previous owners * UK Car * Full GT Spec * Rare Sunset Orange * Full Service history * Full Leather interior * Pioneer Headunit with ipod control * Electric seats and heated * Fully functional steering wheel * Cruise control * Electric window and mirrors which have a folding function * Fantastic trip computer with Rev Limited feature, mpgs, avg speeds, timer. * Xenon Factory Fitted HID Lights * Remote Central Locking * Alarm * 2 Sets of keys * Boot separation panel * Nissan 350z Mats * Styling pack including rear spoiler * Rays forged alloys * 6 Speed * Bose speakers, with bose subwoofer * 350Z Owners Club Car * And much more! * HPI Clear Other Extras: A few extras I have added are... Official Nissan 350z Mats including boot mats (these are not cheap) Carbon fibre engine cover Price : I paid £11000 for the vehicle 18 months ago. So my asking price of £8149 is extremely fair. No silly offers. Whilst I need funds from the car towards a new house, I am in no real rush to sell so will not accept or consider silly offers. Part Exchange: I have use of another vehicle so I am not interested in P/X Please if you have any questions or quires please do not hesitate to contact me. In the pics experienced Zed follower may notice the Scorpion backbox on. I sold this a few months back. Original exhaust is now back on. Anyway, here's the pictures Thanks for looking. Mikewales
I'm still interested (spoke to you via e-mail a couple of months ago), but my Alfa is stubbornly refusing to generate any interest! Very frsutrating as this nails everything I want!
StokieShinobi
Hi Mike You are right, the market is very slow at the moment. It is terrible. I have never had a car take so long to sell, very frustrating
Mikewales
Yeah I know. I've got a nasty feeling that I'll end up having to part ex it at a garage as it seems like I'm just not going to sell it. Alternatively, I'll get in touch with a few dealers and see if they'll buy it for cash. It's very frustrating.
lukekbrown
I wish the mileage was lower , I would take this off your hands like a shot if you had under 50k miles
StokieShinobi
Thanks mate, unfortunately I cant change the mileage lol Engine drives and sounds like new, also listening to offers £7500+ if this tempts you
Mikewales
also listening to offers £7500 Don't say that! That just makes it worse. Mileage doesn't bother me in the slightest, so I think I'm at the stage now where I'll ring round a few dealers, see if anyone will give a decent enough price for my car to make this a goer. StokieShinobi
Did well with that mate. In my opinion the car was worth well over 8k. It was the running costs that forced sale. Still very sad that its gone. Promised myself a 370 in hopefully the not too distant future
