Sorry, another Black Edition question

Black owners, did you get car mats without asking for them from the dealer as part of the Black Ed. spec? Or are they extra? If they're extra then I think I will get some custom 40th Anniversary mats made in black with red embroidery

I got the 370Z mats free but only after twisting the dealers arm.

Ha Paul, nice try fella I doubt I'll get mats with the car and to be honest I'm not too fussed about it cos it gives me an excuse to put all that hard 40th Anniversary logo work to good use

You dont get them for free without some moaning. Make sure you tell them you want the luxury thick boot matt too, not the pikey thin one that comes as standard.

Unfortunately they not free (although good that mbs managed to twist his dealers arm). Also, although they look nice with embroidery etc, the front seat well ones are pretty hopeless in current wet & slushy weather and, for reasons that escape me, Nissan do not offer a rubber alternative. I'm currently using rubber ones tailored to fit until weather improves................

BTW, now I've taken delivery... I did get free mats in the end :o I will probably keep them even though I'm having custom logo mats made. Probably best in this weather
