SunsetZed Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 So I live in Thatcham, Berkshire and need to get my car MOT'ed and have a P1 service done. When I first got the car I took it to the Nissan dealership in Newbury but was very unimpressed with them and have had a similarly bad experience with KJM Nissan in Reading. Since then I've always taken the Zed to Protech back in Weston-Super-Mare. They specialised in importing Japanese cars and I know many other people who use them and have always been very impressed with them (including others on this forum!). I've been trying to phone them for about a week now and unfortunately they've recently stopped trading, victims of the recession. So I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an independent specialist around Berkshire or Bristol or a decent dealership if no-one knows of a good indie? They are based near J6 off the M25, so not quite in Berks but probs no further from you than Bristol, and they are a top bunch of people who really know their stuff Had my car serviced with them last time and just had uprev/exhaust done there too - my zed wont be going anywhere else for its tlc now!
