Trailer Test

I need to get my trailer test done.

 

Anyone know of any north east based or nationwide, that may have a branch in the north east, companies that do a 1 day intensive course including the test.

Going to fit a towbar on the Zed then

what are the rough costs of doing a towing course and licence, i'd like to add it to mine. i can already tow 15tonne trailer but not covered to do ti with the cars.

i got a couple of quotes,

 

these prices based on 3 of us doing it together

 

1 - day and a half training and test - 265 ea

 

2- 4/5 days training and test - lots more than above - it appears i didnt even write that one down

do you need to retake it all,

 

can you do the test on its own? if so how much ? just i've been driving tractors since i was 6 and reversing big trailers is 2nd nature for me, just wondering if i have to do the training as well. i do realise though the smaller the trailer gets the quicker it snaps its direction, and double wheel base is far more controlable than single wheel base.

do you reckon passing the car towing test would be a piece of cake then? i have to tractor tow licence but grew up on farms

It's easy mate done my C and C+E starting on and Monday and finishing on a Friday easy mate.
