I have a flat which is being sold at the moment, proceeds of which will be going towards the deposit, The OH has never bought a propery. If we are applying for a joint application are we eligable for first time buyer dealers? Probably not but worth asking. If not can anyone recommend anyone in scotland with decent rates at the moment? I recently did Jamie Moy's mortgage which was in Dundee so Scotland is no problem The only difference comes with the legal work that needs to be carried out, but I found a fantastic firm in Glasgow to carry out the conveyencing.
