Just got my Z!

mighty Z

Recommended Posts

Picked up my Z today it’s a UK gt with 14k on the clock. :teeth:

I've test drove a few but never really had chance to go for it I was quite impressed with how well it performed its not quite as fast as my 200sx but the way it delivers the power makes up for that. :)

At the moment my only concern is I had a bit of under steer earlier on I tried to get it sideways on the rounder bout gave it plenty of power and it felt like it did not want to turn I had to slam the brakes on.

Have any of you had this problem? It’s probably me not having a feel for the car yet.

ESP switched off I take it???

Btw :worthless::teeth:

:) lol yes the esp was switched off i like to drive the car myself!

I will check the tyre pressure's tomorrow and try and take some pictures.

Just been out for a two hour drive i think it must of been me not having a feel for the car or possibly something on the road because the car handles really well the back end seems quite easy to control.

When I got back I could here a noise coming from the clutch there also seems to be a noticeable bearing/road surface noise when travelling at low speeds I might take it to nissan I believe its still under warranty.

Sounds like you own a set of the nasty Bridgestones...

that's what i was thinking.

I only experienced a little understeer in the wet with the re040 on tbh

Thats whats i've got on what tyre's do you lot recommend?

I tried the toyo's on the 200sx they where better in the wet but seemed to break alot earlier when it was dry[comparing them with the old potenza s02's]
