Spark Plug Gap

So I'm changing my spark plugs very soon, looking at the Denso Iridium, as that seems to be what everyone else goes with.

Usually this would call for a gap setting up on the plug but I can't find any info on this. Do they not need to be set/changed, or is this some un-written secret measurement which I should have been informed of by the previous owner when I purchsaed my car?

Cheers guys. (and gurls)
