drob Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 i know everyone hates bridgestone re040, dont find them great myself but i dont think it helps that the rears are on about 3mm of tread at the most. does it matter if you have re040's on the front but put re050 bridgestones on the back. front tyres still have a good 5mm on them so dont really want to change all four as im gettin some new 19's in the next few months Quote

Stew Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 I did have RE050 / RE040 mix for a short while on my Zed with no issues. The RE050 is an expensive tyre though so I'd be tempted to just upgrade to 19s early! Quote
