H Hopefully Dave Check under the seats for a bad connection on the wiring Failing that then either fix it properly or fit a resistor. Quote
ChrisS Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 Beaten by 4 mins by Alex. If it is the connector under the seat,a small tie wrap fixed mine. Used to happen after moving the seat back and forth... Quote

Roo Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Love this place --- same problem on mine though think itwas cuased by a lass dropping some sort of girly thing which slid under the seat. Did the reset. Warning light went off and stayed off. Go team!!! Quote
M13KYF Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 had this too. Firstly try the reset as Renegade posted link. Then check all connectors under seat, re-sit them. Then if still fails it will be the loom in the rear part of the seat. Happened on mine. It got crushed against the frame of the seat. Had the crused but cut out and re-soldered back together. Garage identified my problem. Cost £45 to repair. Resistor as Alex pointed out will turn off the light but also keep the airbag turned off. Quote
