Solid Engine mounts vs Poly mounts vs stock

Anyone have any experience of these on the Z. I had poly inserts on my DC5 and it transformed the feel of the car.

 

Options as i can see them are:

 

Z1Auto solid mounts:

Third Megan one looks like a torque mount to me so should do the same job as one of the many engine damper bars available, but better.

I'm not a fan of solid mounts on road cars having experienced them in other cars, it doesn't make for a good driving experience.

Yeah the solid mounts just transfer more NVH in to the cabin. The zed engine does not more that much to begin with!

 

I like the poly mounts though!

I'd say poli mounts mate or you'll reattle the hell out your car jsut going to town and back.

Another option is to bet an engine damper to reducing rocking. You can still use stock mounts and it'll reduce the wear on them too.

i had solid mounts in my s14a and just found it to be a bit too hardcore, wouldnt be something id do again...

Had engine suspension Mounts and a torque damper in my CTR =good vibrations But it eliminated wheel hop in the CTR
