smudga Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Anyone use these with standard Rays & suspension, pros / cons? Was looking to fill the arches a bit without messing up the handling any views? Quote
rawbhp Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 If you do a search you will see they are one of the most popular mods. Just fitted them to mine-20mm all round and it looks like a different car. It looks SO much more planted and give the car a really aggressive stance. Money well spent and if you're patient you can normally pick up a set on here second hand for £160 ish. Quote
rawbhp Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Just seen you are in Herts too. I'm down near J20 of the M25. Pop round if you want to see what they look like Quote
BladesGrant Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 There are not far off this price brand new from CS (about £180 I think). Quote

Vik54 Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 So can anyone answer the question though...........can you put spacers on with standard suspension and wheels - will it not send the ESP a bit dippy? Quote

smudga Posted August 24, 2009 Author Posted August 24, 2009 Well have to say fitted spacers over the weekend as well as wash/polish/wax wheels & clean & treat wheel arches. They just transform the look of the car really fill the arches nicely. No issues elsewhere feels just as planted as ever. Thanks for the help guys Quote

smudga Posted August 24, 2009 Author Posted August 24, 2009 Spacers tend to make it look a bit lower I think as there isnt that great big gap in the arches anymore Quote
