Danny 350Z Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 Goodbye Germany, An unexpected posting to Catterick has arisen and I'll be bringing the Zed back to UK in the next month or so The downsides a). I've just spent £1100 on LHD Zenons . I'll have to fork out £400 a year for road tax c). I no longer get tax free fuel!!!!!! The upsides a). The meets and British pubs with beers gardens.... The pro's definitely outweigh the con's! Quote

No, ship a container load back with you Best mod ever for a zed is a 300litre petrol tank....ferry from hull to rotterdam..drive to germany...a few laps at the ring, fill up and drive back!!!! Quote

Good thinking, unfortunately is a perk of being in the Forces in Germany, so you'll have to add 'join army, complete basic training and get posted to Germany' to the 300litre mod Quote
