Yeah, you get that quite a lot from people that dont understand the heritage of the car. Just keep smiling, waving and flashing (lights!) and you'll get some back one day! My ratio is about 3 non-regconitions to every one wave/flash I get

I've had my Zed since March 2005 and since then I've had one acknowledgement of my wave/flash, having said that there aren't many Zeds around here. Still waiting to see Nixy and get a wave

Haha yup put on a happy face! The positives far outweighs it, from the non-zedders too hehe.

 

Last night pulled up to some traffic lights next to a load young girls in a fiesta... next thing they're beeping the horn and hurling god knows what my way, in appreciation (I think!!).

 

In retrospect, i think they quite liked the car too

+1 , all the other times i bloody spot a zed, im in the ZR so just look like a wiedo

i nearly always get waves back - guess i'm lucky! I usually flash my headlights as well. Apart from one ignorant guy who has a black one which is always filthy and he drives past me with his mobile phone glued to his ear.

 

Don't get up scarborough way much Malcolm - but if i do you'll defo get a wave! :bye:
