Zed As a Wedding Car

I’m the best man at my brothers wedding and I’m driving us to the event in my Zed, I was thinking about sticking some white ribbons on it for a bit of a laugh, have any of you guys done this sort of thing? – If so, where did you tie the ribbons and did you do anything else to the car?

I have not, but just make sure you get there sideways

Did it for my brother one a couple of years back. I tied them through the towing eye at the front then up over the bonnet and tied them around the sun visor brackets inside the car! Perfect!

Mike did it for the wedding shoot in Wales last year, they marked the paintwork though. Search my posts for "salute " and you will get some pics.

 

It polished out BTW.

As Martin says i did it last year for my wedding and yes it put a nice v shape scratch on my bonnet, thankfully there is that much wax on the car i think it saved it from being a lot worse.

My girlfriend, who's a bit of a Zed cynic, was even impressed!

I think it would look great. As Martin said, last year Mike did it just before Wales and it looked good.
