maz77 Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 messaged the seller 3 days ago. no reply yet http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/nissan-350z-front ... 1|240:1318 are they OEM of upgrade? Quote
choptop Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 They do not look like OEM's. I would ask the seller for more info again If he/she fails to answer would leave well alone. Quote
Trev-the-Rev Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 Definately not OEMs. The fact that they haven't got back to you for 3 days plus their feedback is not brilliant, I'd be tempted to stay clear. Quote
maz77 Posted April 5, 2009 Author Posted April 5, 2009 thought so. was tempted by the discs though Quote
Maccaman Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 + collection in person, Redruth Cornwall Oops I misread that Quote
martinopy Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 I'd personally leave well alone, it's the sort of thing you don't take chances with, my advice would be to pay the extra and buy through a trusted trader. Quote
M13KYF Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 i would want to know what make are they. They have been reported in the past with drilled discs cracking. Quote
Sarnie Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 They can't be oem as they are slotted/drilled.......................and those front pads look tiny!!!!!!!! Quote
maz77 Posted April 6, 2009 Author Posted April 6, 2009 i would want to know what make are they. They have been reported in the past with drilled discs cracking. does that apply to all drilled discs or a specific make? Quote

Chris`I Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 i would want to know what make are they. They have been reported in the past with drilled discs cracking. does that apply to all drilled discs or a specific make? Ususally hear this with cheap discs designed for the road. They cant take the heat cycling and end up cracking. Anything you get off a trader on here will not do this. They look like EBC discs to me, but could be any cheap imitation of many, so I would stay well clear. If you want new discs and pads, but a thread up in the Wanted section and the traders will do you a good deal Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 They’re not EBC discs and also worth noting, that those pads are for None-Brembo Calipers, so they’re not suitable for Brembo equipped cars, it’s a shame this is not included in the advert… Quote
