BulletMagnet Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Did my MOT and oilchange today (oilchange was gonna happen either way due to me just having bought the car and it's a given to do it) Dunno what the previous owner was using, but after putting in Castrol Magnatec 5-30 Fully Synthetic, the car seems to feel alot better, smoother revs and nicer idle, even moving off from standstill seems easier (could be in my mind tho) Quote

Matt T Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Silkolene is one of the best, but tbh ide be surprised if you would notice a difference driving if using the correct grade of any brand. Longevity may differ though. Quote
