Make sure you use locktight on the nuts holding the spacers on.

Tell me more... :)

Just that within a day or two of fitting mine, I started to get a noise from one of the front wheels that sounded like a wheel bearing breaking up. On closer inspection I noticed that the nuts holding the spacer onto the hub had started to work loose so I applied some locktight and torqued them up tight and then repeated the process for the remaining 3 wheels and haven't had a problem since.

No different to fitting new wheels with new nuts really - need to check after a few days but rather more fiddly to do. Demon Tweeks did my spacers up so tight my local garage struggled to get them off...

Quick update, I’ve got 4 sets of 20mm Eibach spacers in stock. This is the best fitment for owners who have either the standard alloys or the RAYs.

In addition to the above, I’ve also got the following available for our Zeds…

1 set of 5mm spacers

1 set of 15mm spacers

2 sets of 25mm spacers

Many thanks,

PS: Photos of the 20mm spacers can be seen on page 2 of this thread.

I thought 25mm on the back of mine was perfect. :teeth:

I thought they just bolted on using your existing nuts  i surpose you bolt them to the existing disc and your wheel then will only bolt on to the spacer and not the disc ?? It would worry me they could come off though, hence the lock tite. :)

That's right but the 15mm wasn't enough IMHO. I think a 20mm front and 25mm rear would be perfect. I think this is what Chesterfield now has. :)

They come with new nuts that are designed to sit flush inside the spacer and it's these that you need to use locktight on.
