IanS Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Just noticed that my handbrake warning light comes on under heavy breaking...handbrake definately not on though. Anyone else had this or could it be a faulty connection? Disks and pads being replaced soon chance that its a warning of worn brakes? IanS16 Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 I had that happen to my old Zed.. never found out why it happened. I checked my brake fluid and had my pads & disks changed. It only seemed to happen early in the morning when the car was cold though I think it was probably just a faulty connection Sorry I can't be of more help! IanS Posted November 20, 2008 Author Share Posted November 20, 2008 Thanks for the advice guys, just took a look and fluid is fine. I have only had it happen when it's cold too.
