Oil Pickup Damage

I did the stupid thing where the jack slipped and hit the sump. Pan is damaged and I have a new one - but my new oil pickup strainer is still on order from Torquen.

 

Decided to take the lower pan off anyway and the strainer tube itself is fine, only a wee ding in the shell at the top (see attached photos).

 

Does anyone have any opinions on if this is too much damage?

Personally I would replace it for peace of mind, buy a used one on eBay £35 job done

That should work fine, however, I have plenty in stock if you wish to replace it.
