370z nismo coilovers

Right, so after having the nismo for a few weeks I’ve arrived at the conclusion that the nismo oem suspension is bloody hard! 😂 On my last z, which was a 350z HR, I ran Meister R coilovers and I swear the nismo oem suspension is far stiffer. Either that or I’m getting older 😂. Can anyone confirm for me whether a set of coilovers can improve the road comfort of the nismo? There’s a lot of b roads round me and it’s struggling a bit. Any advice?

Have you checked the transport blocks in the springs have been removed. It was a common thing to be left in from the dealer.

Not just Nissan, even BMW have been sleeping on the job and leaving transport blocks on M cars

Haha yeah I have checked. They’re not there. I think this maybe a result of the linear nature of the nismo suspension whereas the Meister R coilovers I had were progressive.

Did you go for any coilovers Baileydom? Interested in the outcome, as I feel the Nismo at stock sits a little high anyway, but extra comfort would also be nice.
