avado Posted April 18, 2024 Posted April 18, 2024 Hey Guys, I need help from an exhaust systems expert 🙂 I'm fighting with an annoying hiss noise on 2500--3000 rpm. First I noticed it after I installed HFCs. Last year, I moved from HFCs to custom resonated test pipes and in addition, I installed performance headers and an ARK cat-back exhaust system. The sound is amazing except for the hissing noise. 2005, engine DE. Quote
HEADPHONES Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 Could it be after exhaust work it has been nudged a little lower and now touches the W Brace when revved? If so maybe a little adjustment or some washers to space the W Brace a bit lower may help. Quote
