So proud of the Zed's AC

This heatwave was a true test for the Zed's AC.

Even at Manchester's peak of 39.5°C the Zeds AC kept me as cool as a cucumber.

 

Had her 17 years and never had a leak or a regas.

 

When I got her in 05 my brother in-law recommend I run the AC every week or so even in winter to stop the pipes drying out and cracking/leaking.

 

Either he's right or I'm just damn lucky.

Nonetheless I'm very proud of the old girl

On Tuesday morning I remember being shocked as I arrived to work at 9am and my Zed's thermometer read 32°.

Stepping out of the car reminded me of stepping off the plane on landing in Greece or Spain at the height of summer

Mine actually felt cooler on Tuesday in the hotter weather than any previous time I've used it, was very refreshing. I know they operate better the hotter it is, I think.

We wasted about £15 of petrol at the Torqen meet so the wife could cool off in the car, totally worth it
