This heatwave was a true test for the Zed's AC.

Even at Manchester's peak of 39.5°C the Zeds AC kept me as cool as a cucumber.

Had her 17 years and never had a leak or a regas.

When I got her in 05 my brother in-law recommend I run the AC every week or so even in winter to stop the pipes drying out and cracking/leaking.

Either he's right or I'm just damn lucky.

Nonetheless I'm very proud of the old girl:throb:

On Tuesday morning I remember being shocked as I arrived to work at 9am and my Zed's thermometer read 32°.

Stepping out of the car reminded me of stepping off the plane on landing in Greece or Spain at the height of summer:sun:

Mine actually felt cooler on Tuesday in the hotter weather than any previous time I've used it, was very refreshing. I know they operate better the hotter it is, I think.
