Battery consequences with Update

I think I put this in the wrong section, so trying here instead:

Lesson 1. Everything you do has unexpected consequences.  I followed advice on here to buy a bigger Bosch battery which turned up yesterday and when I fitted it, the positive cable was caught under a lip on the battery.  I pulled it free, and in doing so snapped the fuses on the cable.

Living in France, much as I like living 50 years behind the times, it does impact on shops and internet supplies being rubbish.

So I am going to have a go at repairing this mess, and in the meantime order a new part, but all I can find on the internet is suppliers in the States that cant post to France.

Does anyone know if this part is usually available at Nissan dealers?  I might be able to get a friend to collect one for me in the UK and post it, as I very much doubt that any Nissan dealer in France will have one.  Where would you guys get a replacement?

UPDATE  I have managed to glue the 2 halves together and soldered the fuses back together and the car now starts, but I still want to replace it.  Found a company in the US, EDS that will post to France for £56 with delivery taking a while and the French post office will add tax too, but I have a friend going to the UK tomorrow for a week and he can bring one back if I knew where to get one from?
