HoodTech were brilliant when I took it there last year - it's ran by a guy called Charlie. The issue that was causing the hood on my car to stick was the bungee straps, which I think someone else mentioned in this thread. He replaced those and that fixed the issue but he also replaced the 5th bow bungee as I decided to try and future proof it a bit.
