ballistic Posted September 1, 2021 Author Posted September 1, 2021 I was hoping to find one for the Z, so far ive only found LHD ones. The universal ones are a last resort Quote
ZMANALEX Posted September 1, 2021 Posted September 1, 2021 I do not think that there is a specific pod for the 350. I have always used aftermarket, some are a perfect fit whilst others require a small amount of fettling. It is only a £10.00 piece of plastic. Quote
ballistic Posted September 1, 2021 Author Posted September 1, 2021 just ordered a generic one. Found this guy though https://www.southcoastflocking.com/product-page/nissan-350z-pillar-pod Quote
ballistic Posted September 4, 2021 Author Posted September 4, 2021 (edited) Fair enough @ZMANALEX So far ive been sent a LHD one (advertised as rhd), a horrible Farbon finished one. Had to send em back Hope for better luck on the next one. Might get a twin pod as they seem easier to get and an additional gauge, any recommendations? Edited September 4, 2021 by ballistic Quote
ZMANALEX Posted September 5, 2021 Posted September 5, 2021 This is my set up. The twin carbon pod has been on the car for 15 years and still looks like new. 2 Quote
Ian Posted September 5, 2021 Posted September 5, 2021 RSW used to make a RHD version for the Z. I had one on both my cars. failing that just remove the 3 centre dials, 60mm Defi’s fit there perfectly Quote
ballistic Posted September 6, 2021 Author Posted September 6, 2021 @Ian Boost gauge used to be in the volt meter slot. But had a problem with the old triple cluster so replaced them recently and felt like moving in to the A pillar. @ZMANALEX Nice setup. Is it possible to splice the AEM AFR into the existing wideband sensors? What bank do you have it reading? Also, got a build thread? Got another pod on the way, hope this one works. Quote
