Mat C Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Has anyone fitted Skunk2 lowering springs, in particular the red ones that retail for approx £240 on Tegiwa. If so, what's the ride quality like, how much did it lower by and does the car clear the average uk speed hump? Quote
davey_83 Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 JDM aftermarket suspension tends to ride firm as it's developed locally on their smooth roads. I believe the UKDM 350z had its suspension tuned for our roads. 1 Quote
coldel Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Any reason to be going for those vs the tried and tested options like Tein? Quote

coldel Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Nooooo, dude if you get the wrong springs and ruin the ride you wont give a jot what colour they are  Do bear in mind what just replacing springs can do to your car (not teaching you to suck eggs by any means) have a read here where the photos above came from https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension/300769-base-350z-on-skunk2-lowering-springs-write-up.html Quote

I may yet decide to add new Tein shocks while i'm at it but it's easy enough to add after! Quote
