Cn12345 Posted September 1, 2019 Author Posted September 1, 2019 Thank you buddy. Looking at replacing the subframe brace as it looks a little rusty and didn’t really want to do it if the bolts could of potentially snapped when trying to unbolt them. Quote

I think I just have a bit or paranoia about snapping one. Have you had any issues with removing any bolts on the engine cradle or W brace at all? Looking to get some por15 on them areas properly but as above worry about snapping bolts. Quote
ZMANALEX Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 No issues with the engine cross member fixings, Periodically the 8mm bolts snap on the W bracing but these are easily drilled and retapped as they are into the bracing end brackets. Quote

Bolts are nice and thick and while the nuts might have seized some PB blaster and a long breaker bar gets them off without too much hassle. Quote
