Remote Roadster Roof Opening & Closing

On some of the Roadster reviews that I have been looking at,I have seen the roof has been opened and closed using the remote.

Is this a feature that needs to be programmed or is it a aftermarket upgrade ?

I think it’s an after market mod.

pressing and holding the door handle button should work though.

Yeah it's a roof top control mod.

 

It's definitely handy. Can even open and close whilst driving ( slowly of course )
