Tcs off light and slip permanently on

Hi, just wondering if any of you guys could help me with an issue i have, the tcs off light and the slip light are permanently on and pressing the tcs off button doesnt seem to do anything, its a new car i got recently, the previous owner was considering drifting it but changed his mind, maybe he’s disabled the traction control?? Any ideas? Also i spotted this loose cable behind the panel, anyone know where its meant to plug into?

You could check the three connection blocks near the brake fluid reservoir to make sure they're all plugged in.

It is a JDM 350Z and the car is running without the VDC fuse
