Payco Posted October 18, 2017 Author Posted October 18, 2017 Agreed. I see the HCEO left it to the police to decide if they would arrest anyone. I would have arrested the whole bunch of them. Wouldn't recommend anyone on here approaching them for a car. Looked like a bunch of thugs from start to end. Quote
