A 2004 350Z will have the earlier engine in anyway, the DE.

If you mean can you fit the later Revup and HR engines then the easy answer is no, not as a straight swap. You need a fair amount of modification to the wiring loom (and the exhaust in the case of the HR) plus ECUs which makes it cost-prohibitive.
