ALT Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 I bet this has been discussed before but I can't find it using search. My throttle pedal has a "stop" just before it is fully to the floor. Just like a kick down on an automatic, but mine is a manual. Is this usual. Is there any purpose for it? Quote
Z_Lover Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 (edited) HI ALT, its not usual i would say. Maybe there´s something wrong with the bearing where the throttle pedal is assembled in,......check it Edited June 18, 2017 by Z_Lover Quote
Lexx Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Normal on a HR to have that. I can't answer for DE though. Quote
ZMANALEX Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 It may be one of the below or perhaps all three: It is a speed limiter. It is a fuel saving economy device. It is to stop you wearing out the carpets. Quote
