So what does a "Rev Up" tune actually do? How does it change the performance and what kinds of gains can I expect to gain from it? Will the car be noticeably faster?

Uprev, optimal air fuel mix with mods or without.Sharper throttle response. Better torque curve and as much bhp as possible based on the condition of the engine before the map with or without mods.

Standard mods include exhaust upgrade with high flow cats, DE cars benefit from improved plenum volume e.g. spacer.

Rev up denotes 06 to early 07 DE engines plus GT4 cars with a factory output of 296.

If you have an import I believe they remove the upper speed limiter?

The biggest difference you will notice is sharper throttle response as the std response is restricted in the first few gear as Zee says, will it be noticeable faster, no, sorry to say.
