Door Card Swap

Hi Guys,

 

Sure this has been asked before but are door cards between face lift and pre-face lift cars interchangeable? Do all of the window control modules fit etc? Is there anything that needs to be modified to fit?

As far as I know it's a straight swap.

They are from what i have read but do seem to remember some connector differences on the controls.

I think you'll need the facelift window control panel as it's different from the pre facelift, the passenger side is the same.

yes they are are straight swap ,i have swaped mine for a pair of facelift door cards from a 350z convertible as they were easier to obtain and they will go straight in with the later grab handle and plastic switch panels ,although you can use your old switches in the later facelift panels which might save you money .Also with a couple of extra wires you can hook up the extra cup holder LED lights so they coam on with the ignition like the rest of the amber dash lights
