Aftermarket stereo speakers not working

I've just wired in an aftermarket stereo

It lights up and all functions seem to work fine but no sound coming out of the speakers

Any suggestions 😩

im assuming your using one of the bose to third partry wiring adapters?

 

is there 2 blue wires that look like they need connecting?

I think the amplifier needs an enable signal from your aftermarket stereo. Do u have a third party wiring adapter? If so double check the wiring of it.

Hi Guys I am having the same problem, I assume that the Remote wire needs connecting to the amp wire of the Bose amp? any help appreciated

I just fitted a kenwood in my wifes car to replace the bose head unit.

 

Yup, Richard and KUGT4 are correct, there is a wire that needs connecting to switch your amp on.

You need to connect the Blue remote wire.
