Thanks again for the welcome.

Quick question... I had a flick through the manual. Came across the instrumentation break down; the rev counter - it says never to take it into the red (6,700RPM>)! So why does the gear change indicator go up to 7,200RPM?

On a swift drive, where do you take the needle too? Configured the change indicator at 6,600 (default), where I catch the change at around 6,700RPM.

Anyone know where the rev limiter comes in? Is it ok to stray into the red?

Thanks

My rev counteris 6600 and bounces there or there abouts.

The only way past it would be to change down at silly rpm but why would you want to?

If you are really pushing it change up near the limiter, but you can make really good progress without the need for total RPM!
