SC350ZGT Posted March 10, 2006 Share Posted March 10, 2006 Is it me, or are the ignition keys for the Z the biggest let-down on the car. I've got a 53 reg, and the key looks like it would more suit an Almera rather than a Z. Did 04/05 models come with a better style??? Or are there other options??? Chesterfield Posted March 10, 2006 Share Posted March 10, 2006 Got an 05 and its got the crappy key too. I was looing forward to some nice flip out (a la VW/Audi style) key with a fancy Z. My 300zx had a solid Titanium key engraved with 300zx, it looked the nuts EXCEPT...when I collected the car from the dealer they had lost the key. MG ZR key has a little cheap folding bit at the top and the remote is separate - the style of key is as old as the design of the cars.
