Office 2 doors away just become available, I email him as soon as I get the info and say I'm very interested (last friday). As we desperately need more space. Current tenants not able to view until today. I go and look round, say I'll take it. Landlord says only one problem, someone else (existing tenant of landlord) is interested as needs more space. I am actually quite gutted was looking forward to finally having a decent office. That being said the other dude might not want it but knowing my luck.
