Driver side window problem

Hey all

 

I removed the door card on the driver side to try and Install sound deadening and ended up putting everything back together again when it started raining.

Now however, when I open the door, the window goes down a tad but doesn't go up again when the door closes. If I keep opening and closing the door, the window just goes down a bit each time until it's fully open.

Any ideas what it could be?? Passenger side is fine

There must be a reset procedure like on the 350 , probably just needs that doing.

Here you go

 

Shut the car door.

 

2. Raise the window to the fully closed position.

 

3. Press the button to open the window completely and keep the button pressed down for a further 15 seconds.

 

4. Raise the window to the fully closed position and keep the button pulled up for a further 15 seconds.

May find the window won't initially come back up, but that's OK it will after a moment

It worked!! Thanks! This should be stickied. Well maybe the thread cleaned up then stickied. So useful especially when it's raining outside and someone frantically looking for a way to get their window back up lol
