Ephraimjohn Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 Hi I went for new tyres at the weekend and the fitter pointed out that a weld on a crack in my front alloy had failed, and a crack around an inch long had reappeared. I drove home very gingerly and am now looking for a replacement, but it seems as though the silver 18" Rays (Track 1) are hard to find. So far I have managed to find one, requiring reconditioning, for £1200! Does anyone have any idea where I could find myself one (or even two) for a front wheel on a 2005 Zed? nixy Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I have a friend who damaged one of her Rays and ended up getting a new complete set of something else instead. Her car is a 2008. Given the choice I would rather just buy the one replacement, assuming I can get it to match. I don't want to have to muck around with insurance declarations and quite like the look of the wheels I have.
