Ricki Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Hi again guys... looking to buy a front plate surround that can change the current JAP plate holder in to a UK holder... anyone know where I can get one at a decent price, and are they easy to fit for an average Joe? Quote
Sarnie Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Stick the plate straight onto the bumper Quote
Ricki Posted January 12, 2008 Author Posted January 12, 2008 Really? I had a look at the black JAP plate holder, and its attached to the grill..... won't it look a bit strange with the black square surrounding behind it? http://images.ibcjapan.co.jp/2007/10/31 ... Large.jpeg Quote
Ricki Posted January 12, 2008 Author Posted January 12, 2008 Haha, didn't mean to sound like a muppet!.... but when I looked at it the other day (I admit for aonly a few seconds)... I was sure it was moulded onto the grill. Obviously from your reaction, I'm totally wrong!!? Quote

jim Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Stick the plate straight onto the bumper +1 That's exactly what I did. Trust your Uncle Sarnie. Quote
nixy Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Me too, I thought if he's stuck his on then I can stick mine on! I used industrial strength sticky backed velcro so that I can remove my private plate and stick a regular one on when the time comes without having to scrape the bumper. Quote
