Changing the time on the BOSE and Wiper trouble

2 questions for any JDM owners out there

 

How do you change the time on the BOSE stereo?

 

and

 

When my windscreen wipers are on intermittent, the wipes are about 20 seconds apart, so is there anyway of changing the timing as on my UK car on intermittent the wipes are about 4-5 seconds apart.

There should be 4 or 5 different settings for the intermittent wipe, just twist wiper stalk
