Seat removal help please.

Can anyone share with me the best way to disconnect the two power cable clips under the front seat ?.Do the yellow and white ones disconnect separately or can I just unplug the white one to free the seat ?.Struggling to remove the clip so what's the best tried and tested way.

Not sure of your model specific set up. however the clips just separate using a small flat blade on the release lug.

last time i did it i unbolted the seat and leant it forward against steering wheel then just unclipped everything
